reasonably priced, room was non-smoking and elegant. outstanding view, a tiny balcony, spacious bed, too. the beach was beautiful. the restaurant was astonishing and neat. pool was great, comfortable to sit around. it made my trip to chiang mai a really comfortable experience.

This is an outstanding hotel with a COOL location and very flexible stuff. Lovely garden, adequate breakfast. 5 minutes walk to a bus station.
